CARTMAN is a charitable nonprofit organisation dedicated to animal welfare. In addition to pet care, we provide essential services and temporary in-patient facilities for injured stray animals and pets from lower-income families at a reduced cost.
Our mission is to ensure that every animal receives the compassionate medical care they deserve.
